Return and Exchange Policy including Return Authorization numbers.
ALL RETURNS must have an RA (Return Authorization) number which is supplied by our office 212-645-6890. A missing RA number will stop the return or exchange.
Link to exchange form.If you are not satisfied with your jewelry purchase, you may either return it (shipping not included in refund) or exchange it for store credit within 30 days of your purchase. You MUST obtain a RA (Return Authorization) number from our office prior to returning.
All store credits expire 30 days from issue date. Exchanges do not include shipping costs.
To exchange, just send US $9.95 for postage (US $30.00 for overseas addresses) with the indication of what you want in exchange.

Shipping Policy:
All UPS orders will be shipped within 3 days of your order unless we contact you otherwise.
Custom orders (custom lengths or any other special order) may take up to 3 weeks to create. We wrap, box and ship UPS Ground (unless you indicate otherwise). UPS will only deliver to a street address; thus, if you submit a PO box as your shipping addres, we will ship your order via US Postal Insured Mail instead of via UPS.
All UPS Next Day Orders will be shipped out by the day after we receive the order unless we notify you otherwise.
All orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out on Monday, unless there is a holiday in which UPS is closed.
For all continental US orders under 2 pounds, UPS ground shipping/handling is $9.95 per address (not including insurance).
